Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs requires recurring commercial furniture management, moving, relocation, delivery, installation, reconfiguration, and secure storage services for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System. The contractor must provide supervision, qualified personnel, vehicles, transportation, packing supplies, tools, equipment, and incidental materials. Work includes disassembly, packing, protection, loading, transportation, unloading, placement, reassembly, installation, delivery, removal, inventory control, retrieval, and authorized disposal or recycling of Government-owned furniture and related items. Routine, emergency, planned after-hours, and recurring weekly services are included. The contractor must maintain a staffed furniture installation and relocation operation and a secure, restricted-access warehouse with 5,000 square feet of capacity within 10 road miles of the Ioannis A. Lougaris VA Medical Center. The base period runs from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods and a possible additional six-month extension. The quotation must include technical capability, past performance, pricing for all contract line items, a completed SF 1449, acknowledgment of amendments, a completed VAAR Clause 852.219-75 certification, a financial-resources statement, and a single PDF containing clearly marked Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price sections. The opportunity is restricted to certified SDVOSBs, and the contractor must comply with the applicable limitations on subcontracting.
