Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for a turnkey furniture project supporting Buildings 327 and 328 at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. The scope includes site surveying; professional furniture design; preparation of floor, panel, electrical, installation, and layout drawings; delivery; assembly and installation of new classroom and office furniture; removal and off-site disposal of existing furniture; shipping; cleanup; and punch-list correction. Furniture includes training tables, classroom chairs, lecterns, cabinets, desks and workstations, transaction counters, high-back and mid-back chairs, conference tables, lockers, worktables, bookcases, pedestals, standing-desk converters, and anti-fatigue mats. All furniture must meet the specified dimensions, colors, capacities, and functional requirements, and Bluetooth, smart-device, and wireless capabilities are prohibited. Work must be performed on site during the stated operating hours, with strict base-access, security, safety, and secure-area coordination requirements. The response must include the completed response form, completed CLIN pricing, firm-fixed pricing covering all required costs, applicable discount terms, and relevant past experience from the past five years.
