Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to disassemble, clean, inventory, package, transport, and store approximately 2,631 government-owned dormitory furniture items from Buildings 1469, 1475, and 1479 at Joint Base San Antonio–Fort Sam Houston. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, packing materials, and an off-site climate-controlled warehouse maintaining 60–80°F temperatures and no more than 60% relative humidity. The work includes complete removal by October 15, 2026; secure inventory management; phased retrieval and delivery during a three-year storage period; reinstallation, leveling, cleaning, and reconciliation of returned items; and daily removal of packing debris. Quotes must include a detailed technical plan demonstrating compliance with the Performance Work Statement and the firm removal deadline. The acquisition is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with a 24-month base period and two 12-month option periods, and is set aside 100% for small business concerns.
