INVITATION FOR BIDS The New Bedford Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide professional Moving Services (NBHA-26-146). Bid Documents are available from the New Bedford Housing Authority Procurement Office 128 Union Street 4TH Floor New Bedford Massachusetts 02740. Bidders may obtain a set of Bid Documents by e-mailing their contact information to Kevin Rego, Procurement Agent, at; kevin.rego@nbha-ma.org. Sealed bids will be accepted at the New Bedford Housing Authority Procurement Office 128 Union Street 4TH Floor New Bedford Massachusetts 02740, until 2:00 p.m. on September 22, 2026 at which time and place said bids will be opened, witnessed, recorded and the results distributed via e-mail to all bidders thereafter. In accordance with Section 3 of the HUD act of 1968, as amended, opportunity for employment and contracting to the greatest extent feasible shall be given to Section 3 eligible residents and businesses.
