Clarkston Community Schools is soliciting firm prime contractor bids for moving services to relocate classroom contents from the existing classroom wing into the new classroom wing at Clarkston Junior High School. Bidding documents include plans and specifications prepared by GMB Architecture and Engineering and are available through PreconSuite. Proposals may be submitted electronically through PreconSuite or as duplicate hard copies on the furnished forms. A bid bond from a Treasury-listed surety, or a cashier’s check, equal to at least 5% of the proposal is required for bids over $31,321. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Proposals must also include sworn and notarized familial relationship, Iran Economic Sanctions Act, Equal Opportunity, and Criminal Background Checks compliance statements.
