Description
Tarrant Regional Water District is soliciting transportation services for maintenance materials between multiple locations as needed, primarily within Tarrant County, with occasional service at other locations specified in advance. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary, including a tandem dump truck with at least 10 cubic yards of capacity, qualified CDL drivers, tarping equipment, and emergency and non-emergency call-out coverage. Services include pickup, legal transportation, unloading, shipping documentation, and delivery coordination. Non-emergency requests require a verbal response within four hours and service within the requested timeframe; emergency requests require a response within one hour and arrival within one and a half hours. The proposal must include hourly rates by location, company experience and qualifications, references, and the required forms. Evaluation is based on price, experience and qualifications, and references.
