Description
Auraria Higher Education Center, on behalf of the Community College of Denver, seeks a qualified moving contractor to relocate approximately seven health sciences programs from two existing campuses into the new Boulder Creek Health & Science Center. The scope includes labor, supervision, vehicles, transportation, packing materials, reusable moving totes, packing, loading, transport, unloading, staging, and room-by-room placement of classroom furnishings, office contents, instructional materials, furniture, and departmental equipment. The move includes sensitive medical, laboratory, imaging, dental, veterinary, nursing, surgical technology, phlebotomy, and radiologic technology equipment, including X-ray systems, C-arms, mammography units, dental equipment, laboratory analyzers, microscopes, autoclaves, hospital beds, and related specialized assets. The contractor must provide a detailed move plan, phased scheduling, qualified specialized-equipment personnel, a dedicated project manager, staffing and resource information, equipment-protection and rigging methods, coordination with manufacturers or certified technicians when needed, and schedule confirmation for potential moves beginning in late November 2026 and completion by December 31, 2026. Quotes must include a completed pricing form, cover letter, qualifications and project references, proposed move plan, staffing and resources, and schedule affirmation.
