Description
Escambia County is soliciting an equipment-only package for the replacement of three non-operational natural-gas-fired, low-NOx condensing boilers and five hot-water pumps. The basis of design is three AERCO Benchmark 3000 boilers, three TACO KS3007 vertical inline primary-loop pumps, and two TACO FI4011 base-mounted end-suction secondary-loop pumps. Equivalent products may be offered if they meet or exceed the specifications and the bidder is an authorized representative. The scope includes furnishing and delivering the equipment, factory-installed controls and BACnet MS/TP integration, required accessories, warranties, product literature, and manufacturer or manufacturer-certified technician startup, testing, adjusting, balancing, commissioning, and owner training. Installation is excluded and will be performed by a separate contractor. The equipment must be delivered to the specified facility, with installation scheduled for completion before November 15, 2026.
