Description
The City of Pensacola is seeking an independent Commissioning Agent to provide comprehensive commissioning services for the Pensacola International Airport Terminal Expansion and Modernization Program, including the Packaged Chiller Building and related enabling projects. The selected consultant will coordinate with the owner, design team, construction manager, contractors, airport operations, and other stakeholders to verify that building systems are planned, designed, installed, tested, and operated in accordance with contract documents, applicable codes, and standards. The scope includes project management; commissioning-plan development; design and submittal reviews; field observations; pre-functional checklists; functional performance testing; integrated systems testing; commissioning of HVAC, building automation, electrical distribution, emergency power, lighting controls, plumbing, domestic water, chilled water, passenger boarding bridge support, and preconditioned-air systems as applicable; BAS analytics and trend-data review; training and operations-and-maintenance documentation review; final commissioning reports; and warranty-phase services. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2027, with target completion in 2028. Qualifications are limited to five single-sided pages, excluding specified forms and other excluded materials, and must use at least 12-point type.
