Description
Escambia County Corrections is seeking a vendor to provide FY 2027 educational software for High School Equivalency (HSE) preparation and Adult Basic Education (ABE) aligned with GED and TABE 11/12 assessments. The solution must cover reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies; support ABE Levels 1–6; provide pre-assessments, diagnostics, progress tracking, educator dashboards, reporting, and administrator access; and operate in secure environments with offline or limited-internet capabilities. The requested deliverables include GED preparation, ABE curriculum, TABE diagnostic and practice tools, software licenses, implementation and onboarding, technical support and maintenance, and educator training. Vendors must submit pricing, feature and system information, support and maintenance details, and complete the County’s information technology security assessment. The response must also include the required quote sheet, security assessment, proof of Sunbiz registration, W-9, and supporting technical or insurance documentation as applicable.
