Description
Escambia County Corrections is seeking written quotes for FY 2027 educational software supporting High School Equivalency (GED) preparation and Adult Basic Education aligned with GED and TABE assessments. The solution must include content in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies; support ABE Levels 1–6; provide pre-assessments, diagnostics, progress tracking, educator and administrator dashboards, and reporting and analytics; and operate in secure correctional or institutional environments, including offline or limited-internet deployment where applicable. The requested quote should address GED preparation licenses, ABE curriculum licenses, TABE diagnostic tools and practice tests, implementation and onboarding, technical support and maintenance, and educator training. Vendors must provide a completed pricing sheet, feature overview and system requirements, support and maintenance details, and a completed Information Technology Security Assessment. A copy of professional liability/technology errors and omissions insurance is required before award, with stated minimum limits of $1,000,000 per wrongful act and $2,000,000 aggregate, or higher limits for contracts granting access to County servers or facilities containing server hardware.
