Description
The selected firm will provide comprehensive owner's representative and project management services for the Pensacola International Airport Terminal Expansion and Modernization Program and related enabling projects, including the Packaged Chiller Building. Services include construction program management, coordination of multiple projects and stakeholders, scope and schedule management, budget monitoring, contract administration, issue resolution, project reporting, and day-to-day management of individual projects. The consultant will act as the Airport's trusted advisor and help ensure safety, operational continuity, passenger experience, budget, schedule, quality, sustainability, and regulatory-compliance objectives while minimizing impacts to ongoing airport operations. Respondents must demonstrate airport construction project-management or construction-representative experience, experience managing multiple stakeholders, contractors, and consultants, and familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, permitting requirements, and funding programs. The qualification response is limited to five single-sided 8.5-by-11-inch pages, excluding specified forms and other listed materials, and must use at least 12-point font. The City may invite shortlisted firms to in-person presentations and interviews.
