Description
Boulder County Public Health seeks a polling company to evaluate behaviors, attitudes, messaging, feasibility, and opportunities related to sugary drink reduction policy strategies in one or two Boulder County municipalities. The contractor will collaborate with public health staff to develop the questionnaire and timeline, propose the sample size, conduct a hybrid survey using live telephone interviews and text-to-online outreach, and perform rigorous data collection and analysis. Required deliverables include topline, cross-tabulated, and verbatim results; detailed subgroup analysis; a comprehensive report; and briefing presentations with strategic recommendations. All activities and invoicing must be completed by December 15, 2026. The stated project cost may not exceed $15,000. Evaluation will consider proposal quality, cost/value, research methodology and rigor, relevant polling experience, project management, references, and proposed timeline.
