Description
The Minnesota State Arts Board is seeking proposals for a survey examining Minnesotans' perceptions of the value of arts experiences. The selected vendor will revise an existing survey instrument, design the survey methodology, administer the survey, analyze the resulting data, and prepare a summary report. The survey is expected to obtain approximately 1,300-1,500 responses, sufficient to draw conclusions about Minnesota overall and assess disparities among demographic groups. The Board is seeking a vendor with experience conducting surveys of comparable scope and magnitude. Work is anticipated to begin after November 15, 2026, and continue through May 2027.
