Submission Instructions
Description
Salt Lake City Corporation, through its Department of Airports, is seeking one qualified firm to provide passenger survey and polling services at Salt Lake City International Airport. The scope includes conducting at least 350 Airport Survey Quality surveys quarterly, submitting results to Airports Council International, maintaining survey and data confidentiality, and providing trained, certified personnel with current airport security badges. The selected firm will also support survey coordination, data collection, and related duties as authorized. Respondents must have a permanent local office and full-time professional and support staff in the Salt Lake City area or along the greater Wasatch Front at the time of submission. Proposals must address organizational qualifications, local resources, personnel, relevant passenger-survey experience, references, and proposed team structure. The agreement is expected to run for three years, with two optional one-year extensions.
