Description
Boulder County Housing Department is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified contractors to establish a pool for mobile home replacement projects under its Community Development Block Grant–Disaster Recovery program. The work supports eligible low- and moderate-income households whose mobile homes were damaged by the December 30, 2021, high-wind event, with the goal of improving housing safety, resilience, and habitability. The solicitation is for qualification and pool formation rather than immediate project pricing. Addendum 1 confirms that pricing is not required with the SOQ; pricing will be requested later at the individual project or task-order level based on the specific scope of work. Potential work includes manufactured-home selection, demolition and removal, site preparation, foundations, utility disconnection and reconnection, transportation and installation, finish work, accessibility features, inspections, warranties, and closeout documentation. The County does not guarantee that any project will be issued to a qualified contractor.
