Description
Richland-Lexington Airport District, operating as Columbia Metropolitan Airport, is seeking an advertising agency of record to provide comprehensive media planning, media buying, media trafficking, advertising placement, campaign reporting, and strategic marketing support. The selected firm will support passenger growth, brand awareness, community engagement, air service development, and other strategic marketing initiatives. Required capabilities include developing annual and campaign-specific media strategies; identifying target audiences and channels; negotiating and placing television, radio, streaming, digital display, paid social, search, outdoor, print, and trade-media buys; coordinating creative assets; monitoring and optimizing campaigns; and providing monthly reporting on reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, return on investment, and other key performance indicators. Optional services may include creative development, video production, graphic design, photography, public and media relations, crisis communications, and community outreach. Proposers must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience, comparable media-campaign experience, strong digital advertising capabilities, analytics and reporting experience, dedicated account management, at least three similar engagements, and at least three client references. Proposals must include a firm overview, relevant experience, proposed approach, team structure, fee structure, and references.
