Description
Boulder Housing Partners is soliciting proposals from qualified accounting firms for comprehensive audit, tax, and related financial compliance services. The scope may be awarded as an overall engagement or separately for the housing-partner audit and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) partnership work. Services include annual audits of basic financial statements and federal awards; audits and tax returns for 16 LIHTC partnerships; HUD/REAC multifamily financial attestations; development-project cost certifications; Colorado Housing and Finance Authority tax-credit allocation assistance; IRS Form 8609 assistance; federal and state corporate tax returns for affiliated LLCs; financial statement drafting; Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards and Data Collection Form support; and related GASB, Uniform Guidance, and Moving-to-Work reporting. Proposals must include separate pricing by service component for a base year and four option years, relevant experience, an organizational description, two recent references, applicable business certifications, and a sample contract or requested contract changes.
