Description
Boulder Housing Partners is requesting proposals from qualified relocation consultant firms to develop and execute a relocation plan for the Broadway Project, consisting of two adjacent multifamily affordable-housing properties with 70 total units. The consultant will support planning through construction completion and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including the Project-Based Voucher program and the Uniform Relocation Act. The scope includes coordinating permanent and temporary resident relocations before and during construction, with approximately 10 anticipated permanent moves and temporary relocations for residents whose units are renovated. The project includes significant building, site, energy-efficiency, accessibility, and unit improvements. Proposals must include pricing, firm qualifications and experience, recent related projects, an organizational chart or responsible personnel description, two recent references, applicable business certifications, insurance documentation, and any proposed contract modifications. Submissions are limited to six pages, except that the cover letter may be no more than one page.
