Women and Gender Equality Canada is seeking professional evaluation services to assess its components under the Federal 2SLGBTQI+ Action Plan for the 2022–23 through 2025–26 implementation period. The work will use a summative evaluation approach addressing program relevance, implementation and governance, effectiveness and sustainability, and efficiency. The required lines of evidence include key informant interviews, a survey of funded recipients and unfunded applicants, and case studies. Findings will support accountability and future decision-making by identifying results, lessons learned, and opportunities to improve current and future programming. The requirement is limited to qualified holders of the specified Task and Solutions Professional Services supply arrangement and is intended to result in one contract. The initial contract period ends March 31, 2027, with firm-price milestone payments of 25%, 35%, and 40%.
