Description
Ramsey County seeks a contractor to conduct one survey each year with residents or businesses to measure behaviors, knowledge, and understanding related to solid waste management and waste reduction. Resident surveys will occur in even-numbered years, while business surveys will occur in odd-numbered years. The contractor will assist with survey development, implement the community survey, and analyze the results for County review and use.
