Description
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking quotes for survey-panel services supporting its 2026 Statewide Historic Preservation Plan. The vendor must provide a guaranteed panel of either 2,000, 3,500, or 5,000 New York residents age 18 or older, with demographic quotas based on gender by county and race or ethnicity by county, regional economic development council region, or statewide population where county-level targeting is not feasible. Vendors may price one or more options, which will be evaluated independently on lowest price. The selected vendor must test and deploy the agency-provided survey through an Alchemer link, monitor responses, achieve the applicable quota within no more than four weeks, and provide response-quality controls. Quality-control activities must identify potentially invalid responses, reject incomplete, straight-lined, profane, or bot-generated responses where possible, and ensure that accepted responses are complete. The RFQ includes a buyer-provided bid form and additional certifications that are required when the response is $15,000 or more.
