Description
The Government of Canada is seeking proposals for professional survey research and project management services to plan, coordinate, administer, and deliver the Canadian Student Alcohol and Drugs Survey. The work will collect nationally and provincially representative data from at least 36,000 students in Grades 7 through 12 across Canada to support surveillance, evidence-based policies, and programs concerning youth substance use. The requirement is subject to security requirements and may include two additional three-year option periods. The procurement uses a competitive open-bidding process, with selection based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
