The Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources and Rhode Island Commerce Corporation's Renewable Energy Fund are seeking a vendor to produce clean energy industry reports for 2026 through 2028. The work includes primary and secondary research; development and administration of surveys; creation of clean energy and climate technology employer databases; quantitative and qualitative data analysis; economic contribution modeling; data quality control; and preparation of annual reports describing Rhode Island's clean energy sector. The selected vendor will prepare summary reports, methodology documentation, charts and graphs in Excel, memoranda of findings, and a 10–20-slide presentation deck. The vendor must provide at least two one-hour presentations each year and support questions from stakeholders. Proposals must include a technical narrative, staff resumes and qualifications, organizational experience, at least three client references, a work plan and methodology, an AI-use description if applicable, and a detailed cost proposal for Tasks 1–3. The initial three-year contract may be renewed for up to two additional 12-month periods.
