Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through its Finance and Administration Cabinet on behalf of the Tourism, Arts & Heritage Cabinet and its agencies, seeks a prime vendor for comprehensive tourism marketing and advertising services. The scope includes brand and niche marketing campaigns; strategic campaign development; creative concepts and designs for print, digital, television, radio, video, out-of-home, and other media; paid social media campaigns; multimedia production; marketing research; analytics; media strategy, planning, placement, and cooperative advertising. Services may support tourism-related events and venues involving meetings, conventions, trade shows, cultural activities, historical sites, recreation, entertainment, scenic attractions, crafts, and other visitor-generating economic activity. The vendor must provide technical and cost proposals, maintain editable and reusable project files, provide campaign reporting and analytics when requested, and support secure file backup and transition activities. Subcontracting is permitted with agency approval, but the prime vendor remains responsible for the entire contract. The initial contract term is two years, with two additional two-year renewal periods available by mutual agreement.
