Description
Western Municipal Water District, supporting both Western Water and the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide scheduled preventive maintenance, as-needed corrective repairs, and 24-hour, seven-day-per-week emergency response for HVAC and related equipment at multiple water and wastewater facilities. The contractor must furnish labor, supervision, vehicles, tools, equipment, materials, parts, scheduling, reporting, and incidentals; provide equipment-specific maintenance checklists and service reports; and support troubleshooting, repair quotations, warranty work, refrigerant services, and repair documentation. The initial contract term is two years. Proposers must hold a valid California C-20 contractor's license, maintain Department of Industrial Relations registration when applicable, provide EPA Section 608-certified refrigerant technicians, and demonstrate relevant multi-site commercial, public-agency, utility, water, or wastewater experience. Emergency standards include telephone acknowledgment within 30 minutes and on-site response for critical facilities within four hours. Proposals must include separate pricing for Western Water and WRCRWA, including preventive-maintenance pricing, labor rates, markups, refrigerant pricing, and response commitments.
