Description
San Bernardino City Unified School District provides a comprehensive policy and fee schedule for the use of its school facilities by community groups and organizations. Available spaces include auditoriums, theaters, cafeterias, multi-use rooms, classrooms, gymnasiums, football fields, tennis courts, and swimming pools. Rates vary by facility type and user category (non-profit or commercial), with additional charges for custodial services, security, and equipment attendants. Users must provide liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and name the district as additionally insured. Permits are issued through the Facilities Management office, with applications required at least five days in advance and no reservations more than 30 days ahead. Free use is available for qualifying civic center activities during designated hours.
