Description
Riverside County Information Technology is soliciting two separate quotations: one for a Gigamon GigaVUE-HC1 chassis refresh and associated licenses, support, hardware replacement, management software, and e-learning access; and one for annual software support renewal for existing Gigamon chassis assets. The refresh includes the GigaVUE-HC1 chassis, GigaVUE-OS and GigaSMART licenses, 60 months of advanced hardware replacement support, GigaVUE-FM Prime Edition, and a one-year Gigamon Academy e-learning voucher. The annual renewal includes 12-month GigaVUE-OS and GigaSMART subscription licenses for covered GigaVUE-HC1 Plus and related hardware assets. Bidders must be authorized Gigamon resellers, complete the applicable Exhibit A quote schedules, provide formal quotes on business letterhead, and submit the required supporting documentation, including proof of insurance, California entity registration, and a current business license or applicable exemption statement. Software licenses, upgrades, patches, renewals, maintenance, and support information are to be delivered electronically.
