Description
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners and authorized representatives for a fully serviced lease of 15,225 ABOA square feet of existing office space in Parsippany, New Jersey. The offered space must include 88 surface parking spaces, meet applicable fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements, and be outside the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. Subleases and new-construction options will not be considered. The full lease term is 120 months, including a 60-month firm term. Respondents must provide the building name and address, representative contact information, available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, full-service rental rates, and operating costs. Authorized representatives who are not the property owner or manager must include written ownership consent. The anticipated occupancy date is March 1, 2027.
