The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is soliciting lease proposals for general-purpose office and related space in Huntington, Huntington County, Indiana. The space must be contiguous, on one floor, and range from 4,941 to 5,188 ABOA square feet, with a maximum rentable area of 5,682 RSF. The lease term is up to 10 years, with a firm term of 5 years and two 5-year renewal options. The space must include private offices, open workstations, a conference room, a breakroom, a reception area, secure storage, and an ADP room, along with 31 parking spaces (6 reserved for government vehicles, 12 for producers/visitors, and 13 for employees). The selected offeror will be responsible for tenant improvements, including design intent drawings, and must comply with USDA-specific requirements for security, signage, and IT infrastructure. Offers are due by 4:30 PM Eastern on October 14, 2026.
