Description
The County of Riverside, on behalf of the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS), Children and Family Services (CFS) Division, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive psychological evaluation services for children and youth in foster care. The contractor will conduct in-person evaluations including clinical interviews, psychological testing, mental status examinations, and collateral information collection. Written reports must be submitted within 72 hours of the evaluation, and oral summaries within 24 hours. The contractor will also participate in case planning meetings and provide expert testimony in court when required. Services will be performed at various locations throughout Riverside County, including the Harmony Haven Youth Campus and CFS district offices. The contractor must employ licensed clinical psychologists with doctoral degrees and at least three years of post-licensure experience with children and youth. The contract period is anticipated from execution through June 30, 2031.
