Description
The County of Riverside, on behalf of the Riverside Sheriff's Office, seeks a contractor to provide scheduled quarterly and annual preventive maintenance for UPS systems at four facilities, including visual and electrical inspections, operating-parameter testing, battery-system maintenance, monitoring-system checks, environmental servicing, reporting, and firmware or software updates where applicable. The scope also includes quarterly static transfer switch maintenance at the Alessandro site. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, reports, battery recycling documentation, and warranty support. As-needed corrective maintenance may include parts replacement, battery replacement, cleaning, technical support, and cell-connection refurbishment, with repair work performed only after County authorization. Emergency response, on-call coverage, prevailing-wage compliance, current California DIR registration, a current California contractor license, background screening when requested, and compliance with federal, Bureau of Land Management, forestry, and tribal access requirements are required. Pricing is submitted by service location and repair labor rate through the designated electronic procurement system.
