Description
The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from building owners and authorized exclusive representatives for a fully serviced office lease in Petaluma, California. The requirement is for 6,568 to 6,892 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet, including three separate contiguous blocks: approximately 3,509 square feet, 1,391 square feet, and 1,668 to 1,992 square feet. The space must include nine secured and reserved parking spaces, including 2,000 square feet for secured parking, with 24/7/365 accessibility and parking available for tenants and visitors as required by code. Offered space must satisfy federal fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, floodplain, and fully serviced lease requirements. Expressions of interest must provide property and ownership information, available and rentable square footage, shell and operating expense rents, fully serviced ABOA rent, tenant-improvement information, availability date, parking details and cost, energy-efficiency features, building services, floor plans or a site layout, and authorized representative information. Exclusive representatives must include an executed exclusivity or representation agreement. The stated full term is 10 years, with an 8-year firm term and a 1- to 5-year option term; estimated occupancy is December 1, 2027.
