Description
The U.S. Government is seeking alternative office space in Gloucester, Virginia, consisting of exactly 10,392 ABOA square feet and six surface parking spaces. The requirement is for a fully serviced lease with a 10-year full term and a five-year firm term, with no option term identified. The offered space must satisfy federal fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements and must not be located in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. The Government is replacing or evaluating alternatives to expiring leased office space and will consider relocation, tenant-improvement replication, telecommunications infrastructure, and downtime costs. This is a presolicitation for expressions of interest rather than a final lease solicitation.
