Description
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police is seeking information from property owners or authorized agents regarding office space available within the Beechville-Lakeside-Timberlea geographical boundaries. Proposed space must include at least 65 square metres of office area, a minimum of three dedicated parking spaces, direct 24/7 access, and availability at least one month before the anticipated lease commencement date. Subleased space will not be accepted. The building must meet applicable national, provincial, and municipal building, fire, environmental, and safety requirements, with existing compliant fire alarm and sprinkler systems. The respondent should identify any deficiencies and provide information about the building, available space, floor plan, photographs, parking, heat source, availability date, environmental reports, and contact details. Turnkey fit-up capability may be required, potentially including design, electrified parking, demising walls, washrooms, and other work needed to meet operational and security standards. The potential lease term is five years with two additional two-year extension options, with an anticipated start date of December 1, 2026. This is an RFI and does not guarantee a subsequent lease or tender.
