Description
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, through Homeland Security Investigations and its San Diego office, intends to solicit from a single source for the lease or rental of 50 parking spaces. The notice identifies ABM Industry Groups, LLC as the intended source and cites the contractor’s capabilities and proprietary nature as the basis for limiting competition.
