Description
The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified civil engineering consultant with a California Professional Civil Engineer license in good standing to prepare construction documents for replacing the Pierce Street Wastewater Lift Station with a new lift station at its current location. The design must conform to the City's Sewage Lift Station and Force Main guidelines. The proposal will be evaluated on company and key-personnel experience, qualifications and availability, approach and methodology, professional references, and pricing. The contract has a stated five-year project duration and requires a lump-sum proposal. Addendum No. 3 changes the cost proposal requirement: the fee-estimate spreadsheet must include labor estimates, each individual's name and title, hourly rate, and negotiated multiplier.
