Description
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners or authorized representatives for 1,680 ABOA square feet of contiguous office space within the city limits of Vernal, Utah. The requirement includes two reserved surface parking spaces, 24/7/365 accessibility, a fully serviced lease, and compliance with government fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, floodplain, and specified location-separation requirements. Expressions of interest must provide the building name and address; offeror representative contact information; available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor; full-service rental rates with the applicable warm-lit shell, tenant-improvement, and building systems allowances; operating costs; and written ownership authorization when submitted by someone other than the owner or property manager.
