Description
Eastern Municipal Water District is soliciting proposals through a competitive process from qualified service providers to provide on-call towing services, including marine towing, roadside assistance for flat tires, dead batteries, and out-of-fuel situations, and vehicle towing and storage. The submission requires a price form, proposer business information, business references, additions/deletions/exceptions, qualifications and experience, an insurance affidavit, California Occupational Safety and Health Administration compliance information, California Air Resources Board contractor mobile-source information, and optional additional information. Required submissions must be provided as PDF files through the electronic bidding portal.
