Description
San Bernardino County is soliciting proposals for the Cable Creek Basin (Upper) project, covering civil engineering, drainage engineering, land surveying, and structural engineering services. The opportunity is an open-market request for proposals with no pre-bid conference. Proposals must be submitted either electronically through the County Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) or by paper submission with three hard copies bearing an original or electronic signature and one digital copy on a USB drive. Email and facsimile submissions are not accepted. Addendum No. 2 requires a signed bidder’s certification acknowledging receipt of the addendum; the certification must be signed by the same person who signs the proposal. The proposal deadline is September 17, 2026, at 4:00:59 p.m.
