Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is conducting a Request for Information to identify community providers capable of delivering a statewide, correctionally and culturally competent Employee Wellness Support Program. The requested capabilities include 24/7 crisis intervention; immediate critical-incident support and debriefing at employee worksites; rapid access to mental health clinicians; short-term and trauma-specific therapeutic services for employees and eligible dependents; wellness psychoeducation; resource sharing and community connections; annual wellness visits; and site-specific wellness presentations. Respondents must submit a written narrative addressing Appendix A, complete the attached Questionnaire, provide a cost analysis covering in-person and telehealth support, onsite services, training, counseling, other beneficial services, and required travel, and include a cover page with company and point-of-contact information. The RFI will inform a future Invitation for Bid and is not itself a contract solicitation.
