Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Sea Reach Ltd. for Phase 1 interpretive exhibits at the Tule Lake National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. The scope includes final production preparation, fabrication, delivery, and installation of exterior welcome and orientation exhibits and interior refuge history exhibits. The requirement also includes English- and Spanish-language audio description, an interactive touchscreen, system testing, staff training, and project closeout materials. The agency states that Sea Reach previously worked with refuge staff through multiple design revisions and that using another vendor would duplicate substantial effort and cost. Responsible sources may submit pricing and supporting capability information for consideration.
