Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires restoration services across 223.1 acres of wetland reserve easement along the Sprague River. The contractor must perform one mowing event, apply Government-furnished native seed at 12.7 pounds of pure live seed per acre, and provide all labor, equipment, transportation, loading, fuel, and application costs. The native seed, approximately 3,260 pounds, must be picked up at the Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge and transported to the treatment area. The Government may exercise an optional post-seeding rolling event covering the seeded acreage; if exercised, rolling must occur within 24 hours after seeding. Mowing must be completed by October 31, 2026, and seeding must occur between November 1, 2026, and March 15, 2027. Quotations will be evaluated on technical capability and relevant experience, past performance, and firm-fixed pricing, with the option price included in the evaluated price. The opportunity is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and requires submission of a completed bid schedule, business and registration information, up to three relevant projects, capability information, references if available, and any exceptions or a statement of no exceptions.
