Description
The U.S. Army's 173rd Mission Support Contracting office intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract for mobile runway lightning rods, specifically a Portable Lightning Protection System Kit, Part No. PLP-38PK-MOB.
