Description
The City of Phoenix, Oregon, is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Pine Street Paving Project. The work includes removing existing striping; installing new striping; performing chip sealing; providing traffic control; and conducting construction surveying. Bidders must be prequalified by either the City of Medford or the Oregon Department of Transportation. Each bid must include a bid proposal deposit equal to at least 5% of the bid amount, payable by cash, certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds as specified in the contract documents.
