Description
The California Department of Transportation is seeking multiple providers for on-call and as-needed title and escrow services in Siskiyou County. The work supports property acquisitions for future state highways and includes preliminary title reports with five years of sales history, updated title reports, copies of recorded property documents, litigation guarantees, title insurance policies, and other title and escrow services as needed. Addendum 1 and Addendum 2 extend the bid deadline and bid opening to September 15, 2026. The solicitation also states that accessible versions of the documents may be requested from the agency.
