Description
Aims Community College is seeking one or more vendors for approximately six to ten motion graphics and video projects during the initial fiscal year, authorized individually through project briefs, estimates, statements of work, or purchase orders. Potential work includes workforce-center communications, speaker-series content, institutional and community impact stories, program explainers, animated data visualizations, interviews, limited facility or event filming, editing, color correction, audio mixing, branded graphics, alternate versions, captions, transcripts, thumbnails, and platform-specific exports. The selected vendor must provide creative strategy, scripts, storyboards, style frames, animation, data verification, limited field production, project management, quality control, organized source files, licensing documentation, and secure digital file handoff. Deliverables must support accessibility requirements, including WCAG 2.1 AA, accurate captions and transcripts, and audio descriptions or descriptive transcripts when required. The initial term is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewals; no minimum project volume or expenditure is guaranteed. Proposals must include company and personnel information, relevant portfolio and workflow details, accessibility compliance information, pricing, references, and the specified completed attachments.
