Description
Manatee County is seeking a qualified contractor to serve as the non-exclusive preferred in-house audio visual provider for the Bradenton Area Convention Center. The scope includes professional audio systems, projection and presentation systems, cameras, recording, livestreaming, lighting, production support, rigging, standard service packages, custom event designs, equipment rentals, labor, setup, testing, operation, monitoring, strike, transportation, and client coordination. The contractor must provide trained personnel, equipment inventory and backup resources, event proposals and pricing, implementation and transition planning, monthly reporting, revenue-share administration, maintenance and inspection of designated County-owned systems, accessibility-compliant deliverables, and coordination with facility, information technology, security, and public safety personnel. The agreement is for one year with four additional one-year renewal options, and no minimum event volume, revenue, or County expenditure is guaranteed.
