Description
The City of Lévis is soliciting technical services for video capture and webcasting, together with equipment rental, to support the City's press conferences and council meetings. The contract is expected to begin toward the end of 2026 after award and run through December 31, 2027, with four additional one-year renewal options. Bids will be evaluated through an open award procedure, with the contract awarded to the submission receiving the highest score. Vendors must obtain the solicitation documents through SEAO. For a public-services contract or subcontract with total spending of at least CAD 1 million, including options, the responding business must hold authorization from the Autorité des marchés publics by the submission date; each consortium member must be individually authorized.
