Description
The City of Greeley is soliciting proposals for comprehensive snow removal and ice management services at municipal sidewalks, parking lots, public property, police and fire facilities, the Greeley-Evans Transit Regional Transportation Center, and designated transit stops. Work includes plowing, snow shoveling, de-icing and sanding, ADA-accessible route maintenance, pre- and post-season site inspections, event logs and reporting, damage repair, and continuous response until locations meet specified clearing standards. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, and incidentals, and describe its staffing, equipment, backup capacity, communications, GPS or fleet-reporting capabilities, and snow-response methodology. The initial contract term is two years from execution, with an option for one additional three-year renewal period by mutual agreement. Proposals must include company and personnel qualifications, at least three similar references, a snow-response and staffing plan, an ADA-compliance approach, quality-control procedures, and pricing for materials, labor, equipment, sidewalks, and transit stops. Required proposal materials include the Proposal Acknowledgement, Certificate of Insurance or equivalent proof, and Debarment/Suspension Certification Statement. The proposal must be submitted as a single PDF file under 20 MB, with a maximum 20-page proposal body subject to stated exclusions, and the email subject must include the RFP number and project name.
